These are some pics I took running down by the river a few weeks ago. I just figured out how to put new pics onto the new computer so here you go!

Eating to Prevent Osteoporosis

Changing your diet can be an effective, gentle, inexpensive - and even delicious - way to prevent, relieve or even reverse a wide variety of conditions. If you are at risk or have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, or simply want to help prevent future health issues, consider adding calcium-rich foods to your diet. Low-fat or non-fat dairy products, canned sardines and canned salmon, dark green vegetables such as broccoli, collard greens and bok choy, tofu, calcium-fortified juices and soy milk, black-eyed peas, blackstrap molasses, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, almonds and figs are all good choices.
